MOO. LAMP
Lamp is an everyday object we use. It has become an important tool in the home but it's usually placed at one side of the room and people won't commonly interact with it. This situation makes it lose the opportunity that it can be more interactive with the user.
Moo. lamp is a movable light that creates an interaction experience. Through moving moving the moon form lampshade into different positions, it not only can bring the interesting interaction but also create the right position light source for the user.

BACKGROUND
Lamp has become an important tool in the home. For different reasons, it's usually placed in one side of the room and won't move it or even adjust the light that often. That makes it lose the opportunity to be more interactive with the user. So I was wondering, can we design a lamp have a interesting motion that people will like to interact with?

INSPIRATION
Inspired by the motion of on & off switch icon and slider, I came out with the idea of bringing the slide motion into the lamp.
“The on & off switch motion”
The modern lamp is more focus on minimalism and can able to fit into any home design. However, when the form is s minimal style, the structure also will be simple. How to combine the idea of on and off switch with the simple lamp structure was a big challenge.
“How to combine minimal form structure with complex motion?”
